Privacy Policy

Northeast Performance Diesel understands the importance of maintaining our customers privacy online. In a time of spam e-mail, and credit card fraud we understand our customers have the right to know how personal information is handled.

What information does Northeast Performance Diesel need from me?

When placing an order on this or any other site certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address.

Why do you need more then one address from me?

In most cases Northeast Performance Diesel only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. Northeast Performance Diesel will ship to any location within the continental U.S. Your shipping information does not need to match the billing information.

What happens to my information when I send it?

The information you provided us will is used only to be used to complete your order. When your credit card is processed, the billing address you provided is then matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information goes to our shipping department, all billing and credit card information is kept with the original invoice in our system.

Will my e-mail address be given out?

Northeast Performance Diesel does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays with us. Northeast Performance Diesel will send out news letters and we will use your e-mail address to keep you informed on new products and specials. If you do not wish to receive our news letter please let us know upon ordering and your e-mail will not be stored in our database.

Is it safe to type in my credit card information?

Yes. Northeast Performance Diesel uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information. When you click on the Check Out button you will notice the browser change from http:// to https://. Depending on your browser you may also have a box appear stating you are about to view information over a secure connection.

When is my credit card charged?

Northeast Performance Diesel charges your credit card at the time your product is ready to ship.

Shipping Policy

Northeast Performance Diesel exclusively ships via UPS on all orders considered non truck freight.Northeast Performance Diesel will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, Northeast Performance Diesel reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

When will my product be shipped out?

Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.

How long will it take to receive my product?

If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us

Northeast Performance Diesel CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because Northeast Performance Diesel utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

Warranty

All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Northeast Performance Diesel would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, or credit depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.

  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
  • Returnable items must be received by Northeast Performance Diesel within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
  • Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
  • Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resell able by Northeast Performance Diesel due to customers own actions in dealing with the product

All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer.  Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Credit or Exchange.

Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Northeast Performance Diesel will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

Core returns

Core credit returns will be accepted within 180 days of original purchase. After 180 day core credit refunds will be at the discretion of Northeast Performance Diesel.

To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product.  Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Northeast Performance Diesel recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's originl invoiced value after inspection.

Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.



Special Order Policy


We believe all prices and information on our website to be accurate. Prices and information on the website can change without notice. Northeast Performance Diesel reserves the right to completely refund your money in the event of a misprinted price. Northeast Performance Diesel does not manufacture any of the products we sell. Northeast Performance Diesel holds no responsibility for any damages incurred from the products we sell. Any warranties offered on the products are through the manufacturer, and not through Northeast Performance Diesel

The products on the website are after market performance products and accessories. Install and use these products at your own risk.

There is a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee added to all orders.
